Community UPLiFT

Community UPLiFT is a coordinated referral system that connects expectant parents and families with children 0-5 years old and up to 21 with special needs to local services. Community UPLiFT connects you with child development and learning services, parenting education and support and basic needs (WIC, energy assistance services). This service is free to all (no restrictions based on insurance or income).
