Lake County Public Health

The Lake County Public Health’s mission is to build a healthy community through prevention and education. Public Health programs include Family Planning, Maternal and Child Health, Women Infants and Children Program (WIC) Immunizations, Vital Statistics, Communicable Disease Prevention and Surveillance, Tobacco Prevention and Environmental Health. Lake County Public Health is also available to assist with Oregon Health Plan enrollment.
